Our manufacturing processes allow us to ensure each body we build is of the highest quality, sourcing raw materials and major components from only the most reputable suppliers. Each vehicle that leaves Alloy Bodies undergoes a 120 point inspection covering all aspects of the body conversion. This level of quality control means that we are comfortable in offering warranties of 2 years parts and labour on all our bodywork and repairs.

ISO 9001 and Whole Vehicle Type Approval

Our ISO 9001 accreditation assures that the high levels of quality control are consistently maintained and a comprehensive profile of each body built is recorded on our new computer system. This system has been installed to aid integration of Whole Vehicle Type Approval and will become invaluable as the mandatory WVTA dates arrive.
