Originally developed by Alloy Bodies Ltd in 1994, the AeroCurtain design was born from our pioneering aerodynamic luton body. It retains the same aerodynamic front pod while offering a more cost‑effective alternative to traditional curtainsider designs that rely on separate cab air‑management kits. The integrated pod also provides valuable overhead storage above the cab, conveniently accessible from within the body.
In line with our core design philosophy, the AeroCurtain enhances both functionality and visual appeal. It’s design has the operator in mind with features to make their daily deliveries easier and safer.
Over the years, the AeroCurtain has continued to evolve, incorporating a series of class‑leading design improvements that ensure it remains at the forefront of aerodynamic and operational efficiency.
